Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Brewsom Coffee, we carefully prepare and pack every order. Because coffee and food products are consumable items, we follow the refund and cancellation guidelines below.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@brewsom.in with your order number
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, freshness, and food-safety reasons, opened or used coffee, food, beverages, and other consumable products cannot generally be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photographs of the package
Photographs of the product received
A brief description of the issue
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in circumstances such as: Product received is damaged
Incorrect product was delivered
Order was cancelled before processing
Order could not be fulfilled by Brewsom Coffee
Refunds will not normally be provided for changes of mind, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, failure to receive a delivery due to customer unavailability, or products that have been opened or consumed, except where required by applicable law.
